CrowdStrike is seeking a highly skilled security researcher to analyze in-the-wild exploits and contribute to the Intelligence team. The role focuses on defensive analysis, reverse engineering, and developing actionable intelligence to track criminal and state-sponsored activity.

Remote role with potential travel, requiring strong writing, collaboration, and ability to convey technical findings to diverse audiences. Location: remote in the United States.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in exploitation techniques commonly seen in userspace and kernel vulnerabilities.
• Knowledge of network service exploitation techniques and OS platforms (Windows).
• Excellent writing skills and ability to present complex analysis clearly.

Responsibilities

• Implement tracking systems for adversary tracking based on exploitation behavior.
• Improve detection of exploits and malicious payloads using existing data sources.
• Develop host- and network-signatures for large-scale hunting, detection, and prevention.
• Produce threat intelligence reports with actionable mitigation guidance.
• Brief customers and collaborate across teams to inform intelligence activities.
