Job summary

1stDibs Experiences in New York seeks a Sr Associate, Experiences & Events to translate strategic ideas into flawlessly executed flagship events. You’ll own end-to-end production, from discovery to on-site execution, collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Trade, and Operations to deliver memorable experiences.

You bring 3+ years in event production or experiential marketing, strong communication, and detail-oriented project management using Google Workspace and Asana.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in event production, experiential marketing, program management, or partnership activation.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, project management platforms (Asana), and data/spreadsheet tracking tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present to and coordinate across multi-disciplinary global teams.
• Meticulous attention to detail with capability to manage complex timelines, budgets, and vendor contracts.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day coordination for flagship events across discovery, planning, and execution phases.
• Manage vendor relationships, including contracts, deliverables, timelines, invoicing for venues, catering, A/V, and production partners.
• Build and track event budgets, manage vendor payments, and handle post-event reconciliations.
• Develop run-of-show documents, production schedules, and brief materials for internal leaders and external partners.
• Oversee on-site event logistics, setup, registration, staffing, and live troubleshooting.
