Job summary

1stDibs is seeking a Sr Associate, Experiences & Events to serve as the operational backbone for flagship experiences. You will own end-to-end event production, manage vendor contracts and budgets, and coordinate across Sales, Marketing, Trade, and Operations to deliver memorable experiences.

You will support customer discovery interviews, track post-event insights, and help shape the roadmap for a new business unit in a fast-paced luxury context.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in event production, experiential marketing, or program management.
• Meticulous detail with timelines, budgets and vendor contracts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to coordinate global teams.
• Proficient with Google Workspace, Asana, and data/spreadsheet tracking.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day coordination for flagship events from discovery to execution.
• Manage vendor relationships including contracts, timelines and invoicing.
• Build budgets, manage payments, and perform post-event reconciliations.
• Create run-of-show documents, schedules and partner brief materials.
• Oversee on-site logistics, registration, staffing and live troubleshooting.
• Assist in customer discovery interviews and synthesize feedback.
• Track post-event surveys and metrics to measure success and improve.
• Coordinate staffing and asset delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate on post-event asset collection and content amplification.
