Job summary

1stDibs is seeking a Sr Associate, Experiences & Events in NYC to lead the production and operational excellence of flagship experiences. You’ll own coordination, vendor contracts, budgets, and run-of-show materials for cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Trade, and Operations.

You’ll partner with the Experiences Program Manager to staff, resource, and timeline-track, while supporting customer discovery and post-event insights to shape future programming.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of event production or related experience.
• Meticulous with timelines, budgets and vendor contracts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across global teams.
• Proficient with Google Workspace, Asana and data tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day coordination for flagship events across discovery, planning and execution.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, timelines and invoicing.
• Build event budgets, track payments and post-event reconciliations.
• Create run-of-show documents and production schedules for leaders and partners.
• Oversee on-site logistics, registration, staffing and live troubleshooting.
• Organize customer discovery interviews and synthesize feedback.
• Track post-event surveys and metrics to inform future strategy.
• Coordinate staffing and asset delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing on asset collection and amplification.
