Job summary

American Express Global Business Travel seeks an experienced Studio Operations Manager to lead a dedicated Experience Studio team for a single enterprise client. You will own staffing, quality, and reporting across the program calendar, serving as the daily client contact and driving governance and performance reviews.

You will oversee resourcing, on-site delivery, and budget controls, working with senior leaders to address escalations and optimize outcomes for flagship programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in corporate meetings and events, with at least five years leading a dedicated client team.
• Experience running a client SOW with service levels, scope control, staffing changes, and business reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead the dedicated account team, including a Senior Event Producer and Senior Managers.
• Serve as the daily contact for the client's event leadership and performance updates.
• Own delivery against the statement of work: service levels, scope, and quality.
• Run resourcing across the full calendar and advise staffing changes as needs evolve.
• Conduct governance reviews with Account Management and present performance data.
• Own account reporting including event activity and cost reporting.
• Set and audit quality standards for sourcing, budgets, and onsite delivery.
• Handle escalations and propose resolutions with the client on flagship programs.
