Job summary

American Express Global Business Travel seeks a Senior Event Producer to lead enterprise-level programs within our Experience Studio. You will own budgets, coordinate with client teams, and drive on-site delivery to meet brand standards and stakeholder expectations.

You will manage multi-day executive programs, budgets over $1M, and teams across venue, AV, content, and production partners, ensuring timeliness and quality from brief to close.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years producing corporate meetings and events, with at least three years as lead producer.
• Experience on a dedicated account team under a client statement of work.
• Portfolio includes multi-day executive programs, audiences of 500+ and program budgets above $1M.
• Production fluency: brief, direct and coordinate with partners; read a production schedule and manage budgets.
• Budget forecasting, reconciliations, and change control accepted by clients.
• Strong command of enterprise project tools like Cvent and related platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned programs as producer of record from brief through planning, onsite delivery and close.
• Collaborate with the client's own producers on flagship programs to meet high standards.
• Serve as daily contact for stakeholders with planning cadences, status reports, and decisions logs.
