Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in generative and evaluative UX research.
• Proficient in both quantitative and qualitative research methods including surveys, interviews, ethnography, and data analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of UX design principles and how ethnography informs user experiences.
• Strong ability to review and apply current research practices to guide experience design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and execute research studies using surveys, interviews, ethnography, and quantitative/qualitative techniques to gather customer insights.
• Analyze and interpret data, identify patterns, and provide actionable recommendations to inform UX design decisions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate user insights into product development processes based on research findings.
• Contribute to experience research strategies and align craft work with business goals and success metrics.
• Stay current with industry trends and incorporate knowledge into team insights.
