You will collaborate with Design, Product Management, Engineering, and Research Operations, and may run client or participant panels to support ongoing research efforts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in market or experience research, insights, or related field.
• Ability to design and execute qualitative and quantitative studies from scoping to reporting.
• Strong questionnaire-development skills and unbiased question writing.
• Experience analyzing quantitative data with Excel, Qualtrics, or statistical software.
• Experience planning and conducting qualitative research, including interviews or focus groups.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute end-to-end mixed-methods research using surveys, interviews, focus groups, ethnography, and secondary research.
• Draft questionnaires, discussion guides, screeners, and other research instruments aligned to objectives.
• Analyze data, identify patterns, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Produce reports, presentations, and executive summaries tailored to stakeholders.
• Manage research projects with timelines, quality checks, and stakeholder communications.
• Support operation and governance of research panels including recruitment and data integrity.
• Collaborate with Design, Product Management, Engineering, and Research Operations.
• Connect research findings to business goals, customer outcomes, and success metrics.
• Champion customer needs and stay current on market trends and methodologies.
