Job summary

Truist is seeking a Senior Experience Designer (XD) to deliver superior user experiences for clients, prospects, and employees. You will lead cross-functional teams, translate needs into compelling experiences, and shape product direction through user research and analytics across digital, in-branch, and call-center channels.

The role requires collaboration, a strong design portfolio, and fluency in UX methodologies to create a competitive client experience.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in UX, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Web Design, Service Design, Communication Design, Computer Science, Psychology, HCI, Human Factors, Design Management or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated ability to influence product direction through understanding users
• Understanding psychology of human emotions and behavior in design
• Strong communication skills; comfortable presenting
• Excels in a team environment
• Solid understanding of CSS/HTML and CMS

• Translate user needs and business requirements into compelling experiences.
