Job summary

Truist Financial is seeking a hands-on Experience Designer for a hybrid role based in the United States. The position supports client experiences by applying research, UX/UI, accessibility, and service design best practices to deliver solutions that matter.

You will conceptualize and deliver human-centered designs, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and share work openly to foster feedback and learning within a larger design culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Ability to communicate ideas and rationales.
• Basic understanding of industry and discipline standards.
• Excellent time and issue management skills.
• Experience creating artifacts and executing ideas.
• Ability to give and accept critique, coaching, and feedback.
• Proficiency in applicable software applications.
• English language fluency.

Responsibilities

• Participate in design-driven programs to define insights, create solutions and advocate for client needs.
• Design and deliver artifacts across a variety of environments.
• Apply design standards, industry guidelines, research results, and best practices to ensure designs are usable and accessible.
• Consult and collaborate with talented teams in a supportive, complex environment.
• Leverage presentation skills to communicate and share design rationale.
• Stay current on trends, theories, methods and processes.
