Job summary

JPMorganChase seeks an Experience Design Associate to design AI-powered, adaptive employee experiences for 320,000+ employees. You will create flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces, collaborating with product, engineering, and research to deliver scalable self-service journeys and contribute to an evolving agentic design system.

You will work independently, lead decisions from ambiguity to delivery, and advocate for inclusive, accessible design across web and mobile experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a user experience design role focused on digital products and services.
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools (Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite).
• Experience designing UX across web, mobile, and other digital channels.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for decisions.
• Experience using generative AI assistants and LLM-powered tools in design.
• Solid understanding of inclusive design and accessibility guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of user experiences for features and journeys.
• Own response mapping for feature areas across inputs and handoffs.
• Design flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
• Uphold a high bar for interaction and visual craft from concept to ship.
• Iterate using feedback, research insights, and usability testing.
• Collaborate with engineering from specs to prototype implementations.
• Contribute to the agentic design system with reusable components.
• Incorporate accessibility and inclusive design best practices.
• Use data and user feedback to inform decisions.
• Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders.
