Qualifications

• 3+ years in a user experience design role dedicated to digital products/services
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience designing across web, mobile, and other digital channels
• Ability to interpret complex data and translate into actionable design insights
• Strong understanding of inclusive design, accessibility guidelines & assistive tech

Responsibilities

• Design elegant, cross‑platform UX solutions with consistency across products while following best practices
• Apply information architecture and storyboarding to improve navigation and findability
• Conduct data‑driven analyses to inform design decisions and transform data into insights
• Collaborate to incorporate inclusive design principles and accessibility guidelines
• Iterate designs using user feedback to continuously improve the experience
