Job summary

Accenture Song – Service Creative seeks an Experience Designer to craft end-to-end UX for AI-powered customer service solutions. You will work with cross-functional teams to create screen-based and conversational experiences that are intuitive, trustworthy, and human, across web and mobile platforms.

You’ll translate AI behaviors into clear experiences, contribute to design systems, and ensure accessibility and inclusive design throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years delivering UI/UX or product design for screen-based digital products.
• 1+ years designing conversational or AI-driven experiences (chatbots, virtual agents, or voice interfaces).
• 2+ years leading 2–3 end-to-end design initiatives from discovery through high-fidelity execution.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with Figma for production work.
• 2+ years collaborating with 3+ cross-functional roles in agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end UX and product design for AI-powered customer service solutions, from discovery to high‑fidelity prototypes.
• Design screen-based interfaces for chat experiences, agent dashboards, escalation workflows, and self-service tools across web and mobile.
• Translate complex AI behaviors into clear, transparent, and controllable user experiences.
• Partner with product managers, AI/NLP engineers, and CX strategists to align design with system behavior and business requirements.
• Plan and conduct usability testing, synthesize insights, and iterate designs based on evidence.
• Contribute to AI-native design systems, including accessibility patterns and human-in-the-loop interactions.
• Collaborate with service and conversation designers to ensure cohesive end-to-end journeys.
• Advocate for inclusive, accessible design across experiences, including AI-generated content.
