Job summary

Accenture Song is seeking an experienced Experience Designer to shape AI-powered customer service experiences. You will own UX and product design for screen-based and conversational interfaces, collaborating with AI engineers, product managers, and CX strategists to deliver scalable, accessible experiences.

You will lead usability testing, contribute to design systems, and advocate for inclusive design across AI-generated content and interactions, supporting enterprise-scale programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years delivering UI/UX or product design for screen-based digital products.
• 1+ years designing conversational or AI-driven experiences such as chatbots or virtual agents.
• 2+ years leading end-to-end product or service design initiatives from discovery to execution.
• 2+ years using Figma for production work with components, variants and interactive prototyping.
• 2+ years collaborating with 3+ cross-functional roles in agile delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end UX and product design for AI-powered customer service solutions, from discovery through high-fidelity prototypes.
• Design screen-based interfaces for chat experiences, agent dashboards, escalation workflows, and self-service tools across web and mobile.
• Translate complex AI behaviors into clear, transparent user experiences with handling of confidence, reasoning steps and agentic actions.
• Partner with product managers, AI/NLP engineers, and CX strategists to align design with system behavior and business needs.
• Plan usability tests, synthesize insights, and iterate designs based on evidence.
• Contribute to AI-native design systems, including accessible UI patterns and human-in-the-loop interactions.
• Collaborate to ensure cohesive end-to-end journeys across screen-based and conversational touchpoints.
• Advocate for inclusive, accessible design across AI-generated content and interactions.
