Job summary

Accenture Song is seeking an Experience Designer to shape AI-powered customer service experiences. You’ll blend UI/UX foundations with GenAI work, designing screen-based and conversational interactions at enterprise scale.

You’ll collaborate with product managers, AI/NLP engineers, and CX strategists to deliver end-to-end experiences, run usability tests, and contribute to accessible design systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional UI/UX or product design experience.
• 1+ years designing conversational or AI-driven experiences.
• 2+ years owning 2–3 end-to-end design initiatives, from discovery through high‑fidelity execution.
• 2+ years collaborating with 3+ cross-functional roles in agile or iterative delivery environments.
• 2+ years hands-on experience using Figma for production work.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end UX and product design for AI‑powered customer service solutions, from discovery and research through wireframes, high‑fidelity prototypes, and design system contributions
• Design screen‑based interfaces for chat experiences, agent dashboards, escalation workflows, and self‑service tools across web and mobile platforms
• Translate complex AI behaviors into clear, transparent, and controllable user experiences
• Partner with product managers, AI/NLP engineers, and CX strategists to align design with system behavior and business requirements
• Plan and conduct usability testing, synthesize insights, and iterate designs based on evidence
• Contribute to AI‑native design systems, including accessibility‑compliant UI patterns and human‑in‑the‑loop interactions
• Collaborate with service and conversation designers to ensure cohesive end‑to‑end journeys
• Advocate for inclusive, accessible design across AI‑generated content and interactions
