Qualifications

3+ years of professional UI/UX or product design for screen-based digital products.
1+ years designing conversational or AI-driven experiences (chatbots, virtual agents, voice).
2+ years leading 2–3 end-to-end design initiatives from discovery to execution.
2+ years of collaboration with product, engineering, AI/NLP, CX, and research teams.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end UX and product design for AI-powered customer service solutions.
Design screen-based interfaces for chat experiences, dashboards, and self-service tools.
Translate AI behaviors into clear, transparent user experiences.
Partner with product managers, AI engineers, and CX strategists to align design with system behavior.
Plan and conduct usability testing and iterate designs from evidence.
Contribute to accessible AI-native design systems and human-in-the-loop interactions.
Collaborate with service and conversation designers for cohesive journeys.
Advocate for inclusive, accessible design across AI-generated content.
