You will mentor designers, align cross-functional leaders, and ensure human-centered solutions deliver measurable business impact. The role emphasizes translating emerging tech, including AI-enabled capabilities, into intuitive, scalable experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree inHuman-Centered Design, Product Design, Interaction Design or related field with 10+ years of UX/digital product design experience.
• Portfolio showing strategic, end-to-end design leadership and measurable impact.
• Ability to establish priorities, align stakeholders and trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Set and champion the experience vision and drive design strategy across complex products, platforms, or interconnected systems.
• Lead product experience activities from opportunity framing through prototyping, validation, and release.
• Translate user needs, business priorities, data, and constraints into clear experience opportunities and recommendations.
• Lead a team of designers (employee/contractor) and optimize resources with business and leadership.
• Frame priorities in ambiguity and make complex problems tangible via prototyping.
• Advocate for responsible, inclusive, human-centered AI experiences across Johnson & Johnson products.
• Establish team metrics to demonstrate impact of design decisions.
