Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Director, Web Product Management to lead the strategy and governance for JNJ.com and related digital platforms. The role focuses on delivering user-centric web experiences, aligning content, technology, and business priorities across functions and regions.

You will drive platform scalability, mentor teams, and partner with Corporate Affairs, Communications, and Technology to maximize business value while advancing responsible AI practices and governance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in digital product management, digital strategy, web platforms, digital communications, or related fields.
• 10+ years of people leadership experience managing internal product owner teams and agency partners.
• Experience with corporate web ecosystems and brand/communication teams.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and digital guidelines.

Aufgaben

• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and governance for JNJ.com and the enterprise digital ecosystem.
• Lead design, development, and evolution of digital experiences and CMS platforms.
• Use data, analytics, and user research to prioritize investments and enhancements.
• Lead cross-functional teams to translate business priorities into scalable digital solutions.
• Manage product backlogs, roadmaps, and release planning; ensure governance and standards.
