Job summary

JP Morgan Chase is seeking an Experience Design Senior Associate to shape the digital experiences for financial services. You will blend user needs with business goals, lead design decisions, and communicate through storytelling and deck delivery.

In the Agentic team, you will collaborate with cross-functional groups to create accessible, inclusive UI, build reusable components in Figma, and ensure shipped UI matches intent through design QA and engineering partnership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a user experience design role dedicated to improving experiences with digital products.
• Proficient with industry-standard tools (Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite).
• Experience designing across web, mobile and other digital channels.
• Ability to translate complex data into insights with inclusive design and accessibility knowledge.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong UI craft and polished final UI.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop elegant solutions to interaction problems while ensuring consistency across products and platforms.
• Apply information architecture and storyboarding to create user-centric designs that improve navigation and findability.
• Conduct data-driven analyses to inform design decisions and transform data into insights for decision-making.
• Collaborate to incorporate inclusive design principles and accessibility guidelines for diverse users.
• Iterate through user feedback to continuously improve the overall user experience.
• Analyze market trends and user research to inform design decisions and team strategy.
• Create and maintain reusable UI components in Figma with variants and handoff docs.
• Partner with engineering through implementation and perform design QA to ensure UI matches intent.
