Job summary

Navan is seeking an experienced Solutions Consultant for Expense, partnering with Sales, Product, Finance, Support and Operations to scale the Navan Expense product line and exceed goals.

You will help Account Managers expand offerings within strategic accounts, implement the Expense solution, and boost adoption across the Commercial segment by blending accounting and finance expertise with our platform and corporate card.

Qualifications

• 1+ years accounting/finance background with experience with ERP systems integrations.
• 1+ years of experience as a Solutions Consultant, Implementation Manager or Professional Services Consultant in a fintech company with large strategic customers.
• Ability to think strategically, problem solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrable track record of high performance and success.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the Navan Expense value proposition and how the solution works.
• Apply accounting/finance knowledge and Navan Expense Management expertise to implement the Expense solution and drive client benefits.
• Use project management skills to ensure Navan Expense clients are successful in a timely manner.
• Train and uplevel the Account Management organization on Navan Expense to drive usage and revenue from existing customers.
• Act as the voice of expense customers and collaborate with product, finance, operations and implementation teams to drive product development.
