Job summary

Navan is seeking a Mid-Market Solutions Consultant - Expense to scale the Navan Expense product line. You will partner with Sales, Product, Finance, Support, and Operations teams to delight clients and exceed goals.

You will help Account Managers expand Expense offerings within strategic travel accounts, implement the Expense solution, and increase adoption within Mid-Market by combining accounting/finance expertise with knowledge of our platform and corporate card.

Qualifications

• 1+ years accounting/finance background with ERP integrations.
• 2+ years as a Solutions Consultant/Implementation/PS in a fintech company with large strategic customers.
• Ability to think strategically, problem solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrable track record of high performance and success.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally to visit customers and prospects.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of the Navan expense and payments solution.
• Apply accounting/finance knowledge and Navan Expense Management expertise to implement the Expense solution and realize benefits.
• Apply project management skills to ensure successful client launches.
• Train and up-level the Account Management organization on Navan Expense to drive usage and revenue.
• Act as the voice of expense customers and collaborate cross-functionally to drive product development.
