Job summary

Navan Expense is seeking a Solutions Consultant, Expense to help scale the product and expand adoption within strategic travel accounts. You will partner with Sales, Product, Finance, Support, and Operations, up to the C-Suite, to delight clients and exceed goals.

The role emphasizes applying accounting and finance expertise with the Navan Expense Management solution to implement the product and realize benefits for customers.

Qualifications

• 1+ years accounting/finance background with ERP integrations.
• 1+ years of experience as a Solutions Consultant, Implementation Manager or Professional Services Consultant in a rapidly growing fintech company with large strategic customers.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of the value proposition and Navan Expense solution.
• Apply accounting/finance knowledge to implement the Expense solution and demonstrate benefits to clients.
• Apply project management to ensure client success in a timely manner.
• Train and elevate the Account Management organization on Navan Expense capabilities to drive usage and revenue.
• Act as the voice of expense customers and collaborate with product, finance, operations and implementation teams to guide product development.
