Job summary

Navan is seeking a Solutions Consultant, Expense to scale Navan Expense and work with Sales, Product, Finance, Support and Operations up to the C-Suite to delight clients and meet growth goals.

You will help Account Managers expand Expense offerings within strategic accounts, implement the Expense solution, and increase adoption by applying your accounting and finance expertise to Navan’s platform and corporate card program. Navan has seen 10x growth and serves 800+ companies.

Qualifications

• 1+ years accounting/finance background with experience with ERP systems integrations.
• 1+ years of experience as a Solutions Consultant, Implementation Manager or Professional Services Consultant position within a rapidly growing fintech company, working with large strategic customers.
• Ability to think strategically, problem solve, and effectively prioritize work and initiatives in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
• Demonstrable track record of high performance and success.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of the Navan expense and payments solution and its value proposition.
• Apply accounting/finance knowledge to implement the Navan Expense solution for clients.
• Apply project management skills to ensure client success in a timely manner.
• Train and uplevel Account Management on Navan Expense capabilities to drive usage and revenue.
• Act as the voice of expense customers and collaborate with product, finance, operations and implementation teams to drive product development.
