Job summary

Navan Expense seeks an Enterprise Solutions Consultant, Expense, to scale the Navan Expense product line across enterprise accounts. You will partner with Sales, Product, Finance, Support and Operations to delight clients and exceed goals.

You will implement the Expense solution, drive adoption, and expand offerings within strategic travel accounts. The ideal candidate combines accounting/finance expertise with product knowledge to lead a new team in a global, multi-product SaaS company,

Qualifications

4+ years accounting/finance background
3+ years of experience as a Solutions Consultant/Implementation Manager/PS Consultant in fintech
Ability to think strategically and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and presentation skills
Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally to visit customers and prospects

Responsibilities

Develop understanding of Navan Expense value proposition and solution
Implement the Expense solution at client sites and drive adoption
Support Account Managers as a subject matter expert on policy efficiencies and ERP integrations
Train Account Management on Navan Expense to drive usage and revenue
Collaborate with product, finance, operations and implementation teams to influence product development
