Responsibilities

• Assist with ERS claim intake, submission/notice, and document management.
• Prepare and coordinate communications between clients, insurers and placement team.
• Manage claim tracking process and calendar reminders for follow-up as necessary.
• Establish insurer relationships and contacts to assist in time-sensitive matters.
• Attend carrier functions to represent IMA and further cultivate carrier underwriter and management relationships.
• Support and demonstrate IMA’s core values.
