Cherry Technologies, Inc. is hiring a Senior Executive Recruiter. This fully remote role partners with the co-founders and C-suite to lead high-impact executive searches and build leadership pipelines across multiple functions.

You will own end-to-end recruitment for senior roles, mentor teammates, and drive best practices in sourcing and candidate assessment. Occasional travel for team events is possible.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting experience, with a track record of hiring executive and senior leadership talent.
• Experience at a high-growth startup or executive search firm is required.
• Proven ability to identify, engage, and attract A-players for leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting for executive and senior leadership positions.
• Partner with co-founders and C-suite to understand hiring priorities and long-term talent strategy.
• Plan and execute strategic sourcing initiatives to build strong leadership pipelines.
• Proactively identify top leaders via market mapping, Boolean searches, networking, and creative sourcing.
• Build and maintain relationships with passive talent for future leadership opportunities.
• Screen and assess leadership candidates for fit with Cherry's hiring bar.
• Manage executive interview processes and candidate experience from outreach to offer.
• Provide market intelligence and compensation insights to help leadership decisions.
• Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics.
• Collaborate with external executive search partners when needed.
• Share best practices and coach teammates to improve recruiting effectiveness.
• Engage in strategic projects to streamline recruitment processes.
