Job summary

Chainlink Labs is a remote-first organization seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to lead global, multi-source searches for Director+ and executive roles across technical and business functions. You will own searches end-to-end, partnering with senior leaders to shape roles, assess candidates, and manage compensation discussions with a data-driven, market-informed approach.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex executive searches in fast-paced technology organizations.
• Track record of hiring Director, VP, and/or C-level talent across multiple functions.
• Partner directly with executive leaders as an influential advisor, shaping role scopes and compensation discussions.
• Ability to operate in an asynchronous, globally distributed environment with multiple concurrent searches.
• Experience delivering executive searches across North America and Europe.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver global executive and senior leadership searches across technical and business functions.
• Partner with executive leaders to shape role scopes, candidate profiles, and search strategies.
• Develop market maps, candidate profiles, and pipeline reporting to inform decisions.
• Build and evolve executive recruiting practices and assessment frameworks across the organization.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience while maintaining rigor in complex searches.
