Qualifications

• 10+ years of executive recruiting or executive search experience.
• Proven ability to lead senior-level searches across industries.
• Full-desk experience preferred, or strong client-facing delivery with repeat/referral accounts.
• Deep understanding of executive search methodology, sourcing strategy, and candidate assessment.
• Strong executive presence with CEOs, board members, and PE leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand hiring priorities, structure, and culture.
• Lead executive search engagements end-to-end for senior leadership roles.
• Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to attract top executive talent.
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, and org design.
• Manage client communication, present candidate shortlists, and guide decisions.
• Lead offer negotiations and finalize employment terms.
• Stay current on leadership and market trends to refine strategy.
