Job summary

Chainlink Labs is a remote-first organization seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to lead complex, high-impact searches across our global organization. You will focus on Director+ and executive-level roles across technical and business functions, owning searches from scoping through close.

You will partner with executive leaders, build talent maps and pipelines, and develop assessment frameworks to improve hiring quality and speed.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering complex, multi-source executive searches within fast-paced technology organizations.
• Track record of hiring Director, VP, and/or C-level talent across multiple functions.
• Experience partnering with executive leaders as an influential advisor, shaping roles and comp strategies.
• Strong ownership mentality with execution speed and attention to detail.
• Experience developing recruiting processes and frameworks used across an organization.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver global executive and senior leadership searches across technical and business functions.
• Partner with executive leaders to shape role scopes, profiles, and compensation discussions.
• Build talent maps and pipelines using direct sourcing, referrals, and external search firms.
• Develop clear search documentation and executive updates for stakeholders.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience while maintaining rigorous hiring standards.
