Job summary

Chainlink Labs is seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to lead global senior talent searches across technical and business functions, from initial scoping to close. You will partner directly with executive leaders, shape role scopes and compensation discussions, build talent maps, and deliver a high-touch, high-quality candidate experience across a distributed organization.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering complex executive searches within fast-paced technology organizations.
• Proven track record hiring Director, VP, and/or C-level talent across multiple functions.
• Strong partnering with executive leaders as an influential advisor, including shaping role scopes and compensation.
• Ownership mentality with a bias toward execution and timely, high-quality searches.
• Excellent written communication, distilling complex searches into concise executive updates.
• Experience developing recruiting processes and frameworks adopted across an organization.
• Experience delivering executive searches across multiple international markets, incl. North America and Europe.
• Ability to operate effectively in asynchronous, globally distributed environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver global executive and senior leadership searches across technical and business functions.
• Partner with executive leaders to shape role scopes, candidate profiles, search strategies, assessment approaches, and compensation discussions.
• Act as an influential talent advisor, bringing market perspective to improve hiring decisions.
• Build comprehensive talent maps and candidate pipelines using multiple channels including direct sourcing, executive networks, referrals, advisors, researchers, and external search firms.
• Develop clear, concise, high-quality search documentation: briefing materials, market maps, candidate profiles, pipeline reporting, and executive updates.
• Build and evolve executive recruiting practices, assessment frameworks, and processes for broad adoption.
• Deliver a thoughtful, high‑touch candidate experience while maintaining rigor in complex hiring processes.
• Develop trusted networks with senior leaders globally for ongoing market intelligence and future candidate sourcing.
• Partner across a globally distributed organization, balancing urgency with thoughtful decision-making and attention to detail.
