Scion Executive Search is seeking an Executive Recruiter to join our national team. This 100% remote role focuses on leading comprehensive retained executive searches for clients across the country, including corporations, nonprofits, foundations, and educational institutions.

You will network, recruit, and manage the full-cycle search process, advising boards and search committees while delivering high-caliber leaders.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of revenue-generating recruiting experience.
• Experience leading retained search processes with client partnerships.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with senior leaders.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsabilités

• Lead executive searches and deliver placements across clients.
• Develop search strategies, market maps, and candidate slates.
• Interview, present candidates, and advise on offers and onboarding.
• Collaborate with boards/search committees and provide market insights.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients and candidates.
