The Boeing Company's Global Talent Acquisition organization is currently seeking a Senior Executive Recruiter to join our team!
The Executive Recruiter leads all stages of Boeing's executive hiring processes including the leadership of intake meetings, recruitment strategy, research, sourcing, and attraction of targeted talent in the marketplace. This employee will also develop and maintain external relationships for external pipeline candidates while driving the search process by guiding candidate development, interview processes, assessment, and selection of candidates.
The Executive Recruiter also works collaboratively on offer formulation, negotiation and close of search up through the on-boarding and hire stage. In doing so, the Recruiter partners closely with Senior Client Business Partners, Talent Acquisition professionals, Talent Management, Compensation, Total Rewards, Security Background Services, Human Resources (HR) business partners, Legal, Supplier Management and external vendors.
This position can be based at any of our main Boeing sites. These sites include : Seattle, WA; Renton, WA; Everett, WA; Auburn, WA; Hazelwood, MO; Berkeley, MO; North Charleston, SC; Huntington Beach, CA; Seal Beach, CA; Long Beach, CA; El Segundo, CA; Mesa, AZ; Oklahoma City, OK; Huntsville, AL; San Antonio, TX; Herndon, VA; Arlington, VA; Colorado Springs, CO; Ridley Park, PA or Chicago, IL.

Summary pay range : $108,800 - $170,200
