Job description

Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Remote, US-based in Pacific or Mountain Time Zone)

This is a 6-month contract role, remote but requires candidates to be located in the Pacific or Mountain time zone.

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support our growth by recruiting top-tier sales talent across the US.

In this role, you will be instrumental in attracting and hiring high-caliber B2B SaaS sales professionals to drive revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with sales leadership to understand hiring needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and deliver exceptional candidates in a competitive market. This is a high-impact, fast-paced position suited for a recruitment expert with deep experience in B2B SaaS sales hiring.

What you'll do:
  1. Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales roles.
  2. Partner with sales hiring managers to define job requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and align on candidate profiles.
  3. Utilize multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, etc.) to source and engage top B2B SaaS sales talent.
  4. Provide an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and a streamlined interview process.
  5. Offer insights on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive hiring strategies to attract top talent.
  6. Ensure all hiring practices comply with federal and state employment laws and Everbridge's internal policies.
What you'll bring:
  1. 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 3 years focused on recruiting B2B SaaS sales professionals.
  2. Proven success in filling high-volume sales roles in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  3. Deep understanding of the B2B SaaS industry, sales roles, and the skills required for success in enterprise software sales.
  4. Expertise in sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and other advanced recruitment tools.
  5. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders.
  6. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  7. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Lever.
