Military, Veterans and Diverse Job Seekers is seeking an Account Executive for Executive Liability in San Diego. You will coordinate and place management liability for public, private, and nonprofit clients, negotiating with top underwriters to tailor D&O, EPL, cyber and related coverages.

You will consult with CEOs and boards, aligning risk management with client goals. In this role, you will cross-sell complementary products, review risk benchmarking, and support account growth from renewal

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in executive liability or related insurance fields.
• Bachelor's degree required; active California licensed insurance agent preferred.
• Knowledge of D&O, EPL, cyber, crime, and E&O coverage is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, negotiate and place management liability new and renewal business for diverse clients.
• Consult with CEOs, boards, CFOs and GC on risk and insurance strategy.
• Negotiate terms with underwriters and align with carrier requirements.
• Add coverages to existing accounts and cross-sell other insurance products.
• Review benchmarking reports and provide risk analysis for clients.
