• Excellent understanding of insurance terminology and lines of business.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Oversee ongoing account service activities and prepare monthly production reports.
• Manage receivables with Client Sales Executive and coordinate renewal processes.
• Lead client meetings, prepare proposals, and deliver binding documents and invoices.
• Develop and maintain relationships with associates and clients to ensure service excellence.
• Travel to client sites as required.
