Military, Veterans and Diverse Job Seekers is seeking an Account Executive for Executive Liability in San Diego. You will coordinate and place management liability for public, private, and nonprofit clients, negotiating with top underwriters to tailor D&O, EPL, cyber and related coverages.

You will consult with CEOs and boards, aligning risk management with client goals. In this role, you will cross-sell complementary products, review risk benchmarking, and support account growth from renewal

Competenze

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in executive liability or related insurance fields.
• Bachelor's degree required; active California licensed insurance agent preferred.
• Knowledge of D&O, EPL, cyber, crime, and E&O coverage is a plus.

About the job Account Executive - Executive Liability

• Coordinate, negotiate and place management liability new and renewal business on behalf of publicly-traded, privately-held, and non-profit organizations. Policies include Directors & Officers Liability Insurance, Employment Practices Liability, Kidnap/Ransom & Extortion, Cyber Liability/Data Security, Crime, Errors & Omissions, etc.
• Consult with in-house Sales clientele (CEO, Board, Chief Financial Officer, General Counsel) in a consistent and professional manner. Maintain synergy with HUB corporate goals, our carrier requirements, and the needs of our clients. Placement and responsibility for various types of industries and entity risk profiles. Negotiate terms and conditions with underwriters (i.e. AIG, Travelers, Liberty Mutual, Chubb) after conducting an internal analysis of the clients risk profiles.
• Provide consultant advice to clients regarding risk and personal and business asset management. As a licensed Agent, (licensed by the State of California Department of Insurance) utilize advanced knowledge, skills, and abilities to recommend coverages to clients.
• Work with clients/Account Executives in adding coverages to existing accounts. Cross-sell other insurance products when needed.
• Review and create management liability benchmarking reports from an industry data base.

Required Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience

Required Education: Bachelor's degree (4-year degree)
