Military, Veterans and Diverse Job Seekers is seeking a Client Service Executive - Executive Liability to oversee ongoing account service activities, deliver invoices, and coordinate renewal strategy with the Client Sales Executive. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of daily World Class Client service or 6+ years of industry experience, plus active California licensure and CPCU/CIC designations.

Proficiency in MS Office is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 3+ years of daily World Class Client service experience.
• Alternatively, a minimum of 6 years industry experience with 3+ years daily World Class Client service.
• Maintain California Fire & Casualty Solicitors license and a valid Drivers License.
• Achieve and maintain CPCU or CIC designations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ongoing account service activities.
• Deliver invoices and manage/collect receivables.
• Coordinate renewal strategy and meetings with Client Sales Executive.
• Review and deliver proposals and policies.
• Manage claims advocacy and monitoring across E&O files.
• Lead the service team to meet client requirements and timelines.
