Job summary

Blackstone Talent Group is seeking an Executive IT Support Engineer to provide white-glove IT support to C-suite executives and their assistants across a global footprint. You will collaborate with L2/L3 teams, IT Eng, and vendors to anticipate needs, resolve complex issues, and ensure executives stay productive in-office, on the road, or in high-stakes meetings.

The role requires 5+ years of technical IT experience, expertise in M365, AD/AAD, Intune, and executive AV systems, with strong

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years in technical IT support, with 2+ years supporting senior leadership or VIP context.
Deep understanding of ITIL-aligned IT service operations.

Responsibilities

Serve as dedicated first-contact IT support for C-suite executives, board members, and senior leadership.
Provide proactive, anticipatory IT support, resolving potential issues during critical meetings or travel.
Deliver hands-on, on-site and remote support with a white-glove service mentality to keep executive devices and connectivity fully operational.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, video conferencing, and executive-grade AV equipment.
Support executive travel tech needs, including VPN configuration, hotspot setup, device provisioning, and international connectivity readiness.
Set up and oversee AV and technology environments for board meetings and investor presentations with zero-failure reliability.
