Job summary

GEICO is seeking an Executive Support Engineer to provide direct support for the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and Sr Director+. This role entails ensuring seamless technology for senior leaders, with a focus on security and reliability.

Onsite 5x a week, 8:00am-5:00pm, you will manage Microsoft 365, Office for Mac, AD, and collaboration tools like Webex/Zoom, while coordinating with the IT team on strategic tech initiatives and executive device maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience supporting executives/C-suite.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft 365, Office apps, and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, high-quality technical support to ELT members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems with minimal disruption.
• Set up and maintain laptops, mobile devices, and AV for executives.
• Maintain documentation and reporting on support activities.
