Job summary

GEICO is seeking a Senior Tech Support I–Regional Office Support to deliver on-site technical support for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Apple hardware across regional offices. The role emphasizes MDM administration, endpoint security, and hands-on engineering responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate will support Apple devices, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and travel to other GEICO offices as needed. This role requires five days on-site and may involve after-hours work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with macOS/Apple ecosystem support.
• Demonstrated experience administering an enterprise MDM solution.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-facing skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Chicago Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with after-hours support as needed.

Responsibilities

• Apple/macOS systems support across regional offices, including SME for macOS devices.
• Provide Tier I–III troubleshooting for macOS-related incidents and service requests.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify root causes and implement fixes.
• Develop scripts to automate macOS configuration and patching.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs for Apple and IT support.
• Travel to other U.S. offices for projects and rollouts.
• Manage IT infrastructure, security, and backup strategies.
