Job summary

GEICO is seeking a Senior Tech Support I to provide on-site MAC/Windows support across our regional offices, with a focus on macOS, iOS, and Apple hardware. The role emphasizes SRE-like discipline, security baselines, and hands-on field engineering.

You will administer MDM, perform scripting for automation, and collaborate with engineering teams while traveling to other GEICO offices as needed. The role requires 5+ years in IT and 10+ years across Windows/macOS environments, with a Monday–Friday

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of equivalent IT experience.
• 10+ years' experience supporting Windows/macOS in enterprise environments.
• 5+ years of hands-on IT infrastructure, IT field engineering, or AV systems support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site SME for macOS and Apple devices across regional offices.
• Provide Tier I-III support for macOS and related peripherals in a high-stakes setting.
• Administer Apple device management, patching, and security baselines, including FileVault.
