Job summary

GEICO is seeking an Executive Support Engineer to provide direct IT support for the Executive Leadership Team, Sr Director+, and on-site operations in Renton, WA. The role focuses on Mac and Windows environments, AV setups, and secure access management.

You will troubleshoot issues, manage devices, coordinate with the Tech team, and document procedures while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in a fast-paced corporate setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent.
• 5+ years supporting executives/CSuite in IT environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and cross-platform tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, high-quality technical support to ELT members for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems with minimal disruption to executive operations.
• Set up and maintain laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals for executives.
• Collaborate with the Tech team to ensure seamless support and integration of executive technology needs.
• Document and update standard operating procedures related to executive support.
• Monitor licenses and subscriptions; maintain documentation.
