Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IS or related field.
• 5+ years supporting C-suite/executives in tech environments.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 suite and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical and executive support to ELT and Sr Director+.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues for executives and ensure minimal downtime.
• Set up and manage devices and peripherals for executives, including AV setup for meetings.
