Job summary

Omnicom Group in New York is seeking an experienced Experience Designer to translate creative concepts into fully realized design across architecture, environmental, interior, retail, graphic, digital and motion disciplines.

You will lead projects under tight deadlines, develop brand understanding, present work to stakeholders and mentor junior team members, with a commitment to Omnicom's in-office policy. A strong portfolio and Adobe Creative Suite mastery are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.
10–12 years experience preferred.
Strong portfolio demonstrating passion for design and experiential.
Strong skill in layouts, typography, color, and graphic design fundamentals.

Responsibilities

Takes concepts from the creative team into design phase development through to final execution.
Approaches projects with an analytical and strategy focused lens.
Develops thorough understanding of clients brand and competitors.
Demonstrates knowledge and leadership of Experience Design pillars across disciplines.
Stays abreast of industry trends and happenings.
Manages multiple projects with fast deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Builds strong relationships with inter-department leads and clients.
Presents work internally and to clients.
Mentors junior team members.
Supports Momentum’s values.
All other duties as required.
