Maritz Global Events in the United States is seeking an experienced Event Manager II to be the primary client contact for meetings and live events onsite at client campuses. You will lead planning, logistics, and execution, ensuring strategy and objectives are met with exceptional service.

The role requires 3–4+ years of experience managing high-profile corporate events, collaboration with senior leaders, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3-4+ years managing high-profile corporate, executive, or strategic events.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary strategic advisor to event hosts for high-profile events from concept through execution.
• Lead comprehensive event planning and logistics, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully considered and executed to a high standard.
• Anticipate client and attendee needs, identify risks, and implement proactive solutions for a seamless experience.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Catering, Facilities, Technology & AV, Security, Transportation, Janitorial) to align all requirements.
• Develop event plans, production schedules, run-of-show documents, and contingency plans.
• Manage complex timelines and deliverables with accuracy throughout the planning process.
• Facilitate client consultations, site visits, and pre-event walkthroughs with clear guidance.
• Lead planning and status meetings with executive stakeholders, conveying professional communication.
• Maintain event documentation and keep stakeholders informed throughout the lifecycle.
• Partner with onsite teams to ensure flawless execution aligned with client objectives.
• Conduct venue readiness reviews and resolve operational gaps proactively.
• Exercise sound judgment in fast-paced environments to deliver professional outcomes.
