You will partner with producers, manage timelines, and coordinate hotels, venues, and supplier contracts.

You will mentor Event Managers, optimize planning processes, and ensure on-site success from kickoff through reconciliation, while aligning with client objectives and internal standards.

Formación

• Seven+ years planning corporate meetings and incentives.
• Budgets above $1 million with forecasts and reconciliations.
• Experience leading multiday executive programs for 500+ attendees.
• Proven ability to plan beside a producer and manage client expectations.
• Strong hotel and supplier contract skills.

Responsabilidades

• Plan complex programs from kickoff to onsite execution.
• Collaborate with producers to turn briefs into actionable plans.
• Build and reconcile program budgets and forecasts.
• Develop master timelines and manage calendars.
• Oversee suppliers and onsite staffing for multi-day events.
• Mentor junior Event Managers and share best practices.
• Document decisions for post-program debriefs.
• Raise risks early with recommendations.
