Job summary

TMW Merchants LLC is seeking a Senior Executive Compensation Analyst to support various executive compensation programs, including incentive and equity awards. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in compensation and work closely with HR, Legal, Finance, and executive leadership.

This role requires strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capabilities. The starting salary ranges from $120,000 to $155,000, with additional bonuses and benefits available.

Qualifications

• 8 years of progressive compensation experience, including equity and executive compensation.
• ECA or CEP Certifications preferred.
• Experience with executive compensation benchmarking and incentive design.

Responsibilities

• Support design and administration of executive compensation programs.
• Conduct compensation benchmarking and prepare analyses for leadership.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance in compensation data management.
