Job summary

United Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to provide broad-based compensation support, including base salary administration, short-term incentives, and equity awards. You will perform job evaluations, market pricing, and contribute to career pathways and job architecture by partnering with HR and business leaders.

You will ensure data accuracy, support compensation surveys, and participate in annual merit cycles while maintaining confidentiality in a fast-paced, growth-focused

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, HR, finance, psychology or related field.
• 5 years of progressive compensation experience.
• Knowledge of FLSA, Equal Pay Act, minimum wage, overtime rules.
• Experience with compensation models and pay analyses.
• Experience with compensation surveys (Radford & Mercer preferred).
• Ability to design and evaluate job architecture and salary structures.
• Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as an internal consultant providing broad-based compensation and policy support to HR, managers, and employees.
• Perform detailed job evaluation of new or revised positions and determine classification and market salaries.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of compensation data used for analyses and reporting.
• Validate job requirements by interviewing and analyzing roles.
• Draft, review, and update job descriptions with HR and business leaders.
• Lead in career pathways, job architecture, ladders and market analyses.
