Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group USA company, seeks a Senior Executive Chef to lead culinary operations across healthcare facilities. You will be responsible for menu development, inventory control, food cost management, and staff leadership.

Ideal candidates have a culinary degree, 3–5 years in kitchen management, and ServSafe certification. This role is on-site within a healthcare dining environment, focusing on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree preferred; strong leadership and menu development skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Food Services Technology/Management or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressive culinary or kitchen management experience.
• Experience planning and managing catering events from a culinary perspective.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong communication across levels.
• ServSafe Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead culinary operations across unit including menu development, inventory, purchasing, and cost controls.
• Train and develop local culinary team; provide inspirational leadership.
• Oversee CSR, seasonality, health/wellness and high-quality culinary arts.
• Analyze performance and trends; implement improvements.
• Explain daily menu items to customers accurately.
