Qualifications

• A.S. or equivalent experience is required.
• 5+ years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience.
• Experience in high-volume, complex foodservice operations.
• Hands-on chef experience is essential.
• Knowledge of current food and catering trends, quality focus.
• Computer proficiency including MS Office

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen operations and ensure safe, sanitary work environment.
• Prepare or direct meal preparation per corporate guidelines.
• Plan regular and modified menus according to guidelines.
• Train staff in food prep, safety, sanitation, and equipment use.
• Maintain cleaning schedules and inventory to meet guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and audits.
• Participate in departmental meetings and ongoing staff development.
• Ensure cost controls and quality presentation of meals.
